All product prices, promotions, and shipping charges displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note:

• product availability is subject to stock at the time your order is placed;
• shipping fees shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local levies (where applicable);
• we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or website content at any time.

Delivery Policy

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days across Pakistan, subject to product availability and courier operations.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• customers are requested to pay the exact amount at delivery;
• personalized or customized products are not eligible for COD.

International Orders

International deliveries typically require up to 15 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note:

• customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges are the responsibility of the customer;
• such charges are separate from the shipping charges paid on our website.

Exchange & Return Policy

Jafferjee & Co. maintains a No Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered only under approved circumstances and subject to the following conditions:
• a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided;
• the request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery;
• the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact;
• personalized, monogrammed, or altered items are non-exchangeable;
• items purchased online may only be exchanged through our approved process;
• retail store purchases must be exchanged at physical retail locations only.

If the replacement item has:

• lower value → no refund of price difference;
• higher value → customer pays the additional amount.

Exchange approvals and processing may take up to 7 working days after review.

For exchange requests, please contact customer support promptly.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order enters processing.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Jafferjee & Co. also reserves the right to cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:

• incomplete or inaccurate customer information;
• inability to contact the customer for verification;
• unpaid bank transfer orders after 3 working days;
• duplicate or suspicious orders;
• product unavailability.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent via email or other available communication channels.

Currency Display

Our primary billing currency is Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

If alternate currencies are shown on the website for convenience:

• these are estimated conversions only;
• actual charges may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s exchange rate;
• any currency conversion fees or bank commissions are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Appearance & Colour Variation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

• natural variations in leather texture and shade;
• screen resolution and display settings on different devices;
• lighting conditions during product photography.

Such variations are natural and do not constitute a product defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to product designs, photography, logos, graphics, text, branding, and website design—is the exclusive property of Jafferjee & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Jafferjee & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• use of this website,
• delayed deliveries,
• third-party courier delays,
• customs-related delays,
• technical interruptions,
• or misuse of products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product ordered.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
