Returns Policy

Shop with complete confidence - enjoy free 30 days return across the United States.

We want you to love your Jafferjee & Co. purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days, and U.S. returns are completely free.

How U.S. Returns Work (Free & Easy)

• Items must be unused, with original packaging and labels.
• Contact us to receive a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).
• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

You pay nothing for returns within the U.S.

International Returns (Outside the U.S.)

• For returns outside the U.S., customers are responsible for shipping, customs or duties charges incurred when returning the items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days at enquiries@jafferjeeworld.com with pictures and videos of the faults. We will arrange a replacement or full reimbursement including all shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or customized items
• Discontinued items
• Items returned after 30 days
• Products that show damaged caused by usage
• Items missing original packaging

Such items will be returned to the customer.

Please ensure that all Jafferjee & Co. returns sent to our customer services department are handled by an insured carrier. Jafferjee & Co. cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.
