Returns Policy

 

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return within 28 days  of purchase. 

Please ensure that all Jafferjee & Co. returns sent to our customer services dept are handled by an  insured carrier. Jafferjee & Co. cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Jafferjee &  Co. will not be liable for any shipping, customs or duties charges incurred when returning the items.   

All items must be returned with original purchase receipt, labels and packaging. We reserve the right to  refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in an appropriate condition, are damaged or  worn or sent without original documentation and will be returned to the customer. 

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for items that have been personalized, customized, discontinued and/or are returned outside of the return period and will  therefore be returned to the customer. 

In case of faulty, defective or damaged items please contact us at assistance@jafferjee.com or the  telephone numbers given below within 3 days of purchase. We will then accept the return of the items  and arrange for a replacement or reimbursement. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed and paid. 

All return shipping charges, customs, duties and bank charges (if any) shall be borne by the customer  except for goods that were returned due to faults or damage. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

North America Online Returns Process  

Returning your purchase for an exchange or refund is easy. To make a return, simply follow the instructions on  the returns form enclosed with your parcel. Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.

Rest of World Online Returns Process  

We are happy to accept returns from those outside of North America in line with the above returns policy.  Please ensure that items must be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase. If you believe you have  received a faulty or damaged item, please first contact us at assistance@jafferjee.com or the telephone numbers  given below.

To make a return outside of North America: 

  1. Fill out the returns form provided with your items. 
  2. Re-Package the items securely that you would like to return. 3. Post the package at the address mentioned below:
