STEPS TO IMPROVE TRACEABILITY

• Jafferjee & Co. on its road to sustainability, sources most of its leather from LWG accredited tanneries in Pakistan.
• We do not use skins and hides of endangered animals in the manufacture of any of our products. We only source Calf and Buffalo Leather, being the by-products of regulated abattoirs in Pakistan producing meat for consumption.
• We attempt to make more than 50% of our packaging using recyclable material and are also in the process of using FSC certified packaging for our products.
• We are a child labor free company and throughout our hiring process we ensure that social nuisance such as modern slavery, human trafficking and child labor are filtered out of our work force.
• The foundations of our hiring process are based on equality of gender, cast, race, creed or religion and we follow a strict system in safeguarding the fundamental rights of every person within our organization.
